I have a problem with judging people. It’s not that I think I’m better than everyone else, but just that I have a set of standards people have to meet in order to seek my approval, from what I figure is the cause of this.  I have a friend who I’m infatuated with, but the more I get to know the person, the more I tend to wonder if this person is right for me.  I’m the kinda guy who digs deep into someone’s personality to truly see who they are, and if I don’t like that, regardless of how attractive they may be, they will never be what I want them to be (just like me).  Amazingly enough, it would be weird to be dating myself, so it’s odd to think the way I do.  The biggest thing that bothers me about someone else is when they party, drink or do drugs, even if it’s just socially.  I don’t do any of that, just simply because I see fun as being something different than getting wasted and whatever else. People use it as an excuse to do stupid things “unknowingly”, but it doesn’t take a drunk person to do stupid things.  I don’t know…it seems that people always try to relax in ways that don’t allow them to be comfortable in their own shoes…if you have to drink or smoke to be comfortable with your friends, than are they really your friends and are you really comfortable with yourself? I know who I am, and what I want in someone else, but when someone that I’m infatuated with doesn’t meet these standards, it bugs me to no end because I’m always questioning what else there is to know about this person that could make me unsure of their character.

In the concept of it all, there’s no need to waste time aiming to perfect everything or everyone; there’s no need to plan your entire life ahead of time.  There’d be excitement in life if you knew what was coming, nor would there be room for mistakes to be made as you’ve already planned for the outcomes of the situation.
…I gotta take my own advice more often.

According to Greek mythology, humans were originally created with 4 arms, 4 legs, and a head with 2 faces. Fearing their powers, Zeus split them into 2 separate parts condemning them to spend their lives in search of their other halves…
